Most online communities promise access to expensive human experts and quietly deliver a library of pre-recorded videos. We took the other road: our AI assistants answer questions in the community feed, walk you through lessons, review your builds, and show up with you in Live Labs, while human staff set direction, handle escalations, and keep oversight.
What learning here actually feels like
When you post a question in a lesson thread, an assistant reads it the way a good teaching assistant would. It looks at what you already tried, gives you the next concrete step, and hands off to a human mentor when the answer needs judgment, context, or a real-world opinion. You are never stuck waiting two days for a reply.

Why we built it this way
