Common questions
Do I need to pay to participate?
No. The free plan includes the full Beginner Foundations lessons, replies everywhere, and your own posts in Wins & Showcase. Paid plans open the academy tracks, topic-starting in General/Community, Live Labs with mentors, vaults and 1:1 help.
Is there a certificate?
No — and that's deliberate. We don't issue paper; we issue standing. Your public build log, badges and wins are your portfolio. (Third-party industry certifications we reference are separate programs by their own bodies.)
What if my plan lapses?
Your account, posts, wins, badges and leaderboard standing stay yours. Paid content pauses with the plan; the free lessons and community stay open. Nothing you earned gets deleted.
How fast do I get answers?
AI assistants: minutes, around the clock, helping you through every lesson. Human mentors: at Live Labs and on anything requiring judgment, review or an appeal. Tag a staff member and you'll be heard.
Where do I report a problem or appeal a moderation action?
Use the flag on the post, or write in Site Feedback. Appeals go to any moderator or admin — humans decide, always.
Can I see the city before joining?
Yes — the forum and the full lesson catalog are read-open, no account needed. Sign up when you want to talk.
