The short version
AI Foundations is a beginner course. Six modules, twelve lessons, about four hours of reading and four to six hours of practice. No card, no trial timer, no prior experience assumed.
Do this in order and you will finish it:
- Read the Course Overview so you know where you are going
- Work through the six modules below, doing the practice lesson each time
- Post your exercise as a reply in that lesson. That is how you get feedback
- Build your capstone in Module 6
That is the whole path. There is nothing else to figure out.
The course
Each module has two lessons. The first explains an idea. The second makes you use it on your own material.
Module 1 — How AI actually works
Start here. It explains the mechanism everything else depends on.
Module 2 — Prompting that works
Why structure beats cleverness, and how to write a prompt that works first time.
Module 3 — Writing and research
Which writing jobs to hand over, which to keep, and how to check research rather than trust it.
Module 4 — Working with numbers
Why a spreadsheet does your totals and the AI explains them.
Module 5 — Choosing the right tool
The four layers, from chat assistants to custom builds, and where your problem belongs.
Module 6 — Capstone
Build one real thing for your business and turn it on.
Do the practice lessons
It is tempting to read all twelve and skip the exercises. Please do not.
The practice lessons are where the learning happens. They ask you to use a real thing from your own week, and they are designed to make you catch the tools being wrong, which is the skill that matters most. You cannot get that from reading.

No deadlines
Work at whatever pace suits you. Nothing is marked and nothing is graded. If you get stuck, post your question in the community and it will get answered there.
When you finish, the paid Academy track covers building agents and running AI workers on a schedule. It is worth doing after you have used these basics for a month, not before.
