The formal documents that govern AI Universe City, in one place.

Legal and policy documents

• Terms of Service — the binding agreement covering membership, acceptable use, payments, AI transparency, liability and your rights. Start here if you read only one.
• Privacy notice — what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights.
• AI transparency statement — which parts of the service are AI, which are human, and what that means for what you are told.
• Membership agreement — exactly what each plan includes, the service level, and what happens if a plan lapses.
• Payment and refund policy — billing cycles, receipts and invoices, cancellations, failed payments and refunds.

Community documents

• Community guidelines — conduct, posting standards and honesty about AI content.
• Moderation policy — what moderators may do, in what order, and on what grounds.
• Appeals procedure — how a moderation or access decision is reviewed by a human who was not part of it.
• Acceptable use policy — the prohibited uses, in detail.

Learning documents

• Curriculum overview — the tracks, how they build on each other, and what each one assumes.
• Assessment and badges — how work is assessed and what a badge does and does not represent.
• Accessibility statement — the standards we aim for and how to tell us when we fall short.

Downloads

Lesson materials that are designed to be printed or kept — slide decks, lesson reports, term tables and worksheet packs — are available from each lesson's More to download row. They are included with the lesson and need no separate purchase.

Requesting a document

If you need a document you cannot find here — a signed agreement, an invoice with specific company details, a data processing addendum, or a document in another language — ask us and tell us what you need it for. We would rather produce the right document than have you work from the wrong one.

Version history

Formal documents carry a last-updated date. When something material changes we update the date and, for anything affecting your rights or your money, tell members in the community rather than quietly editing the page.
