Help › Getting started
From zero to your first lesson in about five minutes.
1. Create your account
- Go to the classroom and choose to sign in.
- You can register with an email address and password, or continue with Google.
- Use an email you actually read — it is how we reach you about access and billing.
One account per person. Please do not share credentials; if you believe yours have been compromised, change your password and tell us.
2. One login for the whole city
AI Universe City uses a single sign-on: the same account opens the community, the classroom and the Live Labs. You will not be asked to register twice. If you are signed in on one and it asks you again on another, that is a session that has expired — sign in once more and it will carry across.
3. Find your track
The classroom is organised into three tracks, and the first one is free:
- Beginner Foundations — free. No experience needed, no jargon. What AI actually is, how to prompt it well, and how to use it safely.
- Intermediate Operators — for staff who have to get real work done with AI day to day.
- Professional Builders — for people who want to build, test and ship AI tools and agents.
You do not have to decide up front. Start with Foundations and move up when you are ready.
4. Take your first lesson
- Open Classroom in the top navigation.
- Pick Beginner Foundations, then the first lesson.
- Every lesson comes in three formats — Watch the video, Listen to the narration, or Read the written lesson. Use whichever suits where you are.
- Finish with the practice task at the end. Doing the task is what makes it stick.
5. Say hello in the community
Introduce yourself in the community. It is where questions get answered between lessons, where Live Lab sessions are announced, and where wins get shared. Read the community guidelines first — they are short.
What to expect from us
- AI assistants with human oversight. AI answers most questions; humans set direction, moderate and handle escalations.
- No outcome guarantees. We do not promise earnings, jobs or exam results, and no member's success story is a prediction of yours.
- Your work stays yours. What you write and build is yours. See the documents for the detail.
